Begun over 30 years ago,  TCGC Practical Pistol led by Shawn Sanderson, son of original organizer Al Sanderson, shows off his PCC used in the Practical Pistol Match! 

Match first Sunday of the month!  See Calendar for specific times. Do not have to be a member.  

Guests please bring a Signed Guest Waiver for 2020.

Winter Hours Set-up 8:00, Shooting at 9:00 a.m.
Summer Hours Set-up 7:00 a.m., Shooting at 8:00 a.m.
Cost $15.00, discount $5.00 if you help set-up!

    Happy Easter!!!!!

    This Sunday will be our monthly practical pistol match.

    Setup will begin at 8:00am and hammer down at 9:00.

    THe supplemental match will be shotgun.

    Hi Gals & Guys.

    It is that time again for the Lamb's Slaughter Modified. We shoot steel in bay 2 & 3. Shoot paper in bay 1. Dust off them Pistols or if you prefer a Pistol Caliber Carbine and lots of ammo and ring the steel.

    Set up will begin @ 7:00, Sign-in @ 7:15 and Hammer down at 8:00am. 

    Supplemental will be .22 rim fire pistol or rifle Steel Challenge.

    I will let you guys decide.

    Hi, Gals and Guys,

    Set-up at 7 am. Start blastin at 8 am. 

    Supplemental will be .22 rimfire pistol or rifle. Shoot 5 ringing plates as fast as you can and get to run three strings of fire. Best time out of three runs. If you want to shoot three more strings. You can annie up five more dollars. So dust of your favorite .22 semi auto and ring the plates. Proceeds going to the new bays and supplies. 

    Also found threaded muzzle protector at last match, I will have it in the stat house with me. 

    Come out and have some fun.

    It was a cold Easter morning!!!   We shot 2 stages that were challenging and very fun!!

    Practical Pistol Results:

     Had a great turnout with 43 shooters and weather that was neither hot nor cold and no sun to contend with.

     Thanks again to the large number of people who helped set up and tear down.

    "Thank you" also to Joe and Laura for not being there which bumped everyone up two notches and gave other people a chance at first place.  :)


     Had a large turnout of supplemental shooters, which was a Carry Gun supplemental...and I use the word "carry gun" loosely.  :)

     There weren't score zones on the paper and it scored equally as steel, it was just based upon a possible total of 14 hits, both paper and steel.

     Therefore, when I put this onto PractiScore I just did it in such a way that your total hits were correct, as well as "no shoots."
