    Location: The TCGC Range is located South of Norman, Oklahoma

    Open to: All Interested Individuals

    Entry Fee: $10.00 for adults Free for Juniors

    Registration: There will be 2 Relays. We have room for 14 shooters in each relay. The first will start registration at 9:30AM and start shooting at 10:00AM and the second will start shooting when the first is done, approximately 1:00 o’clock. If you want to reserve space in 1 relay or the other send me an e-mail with your preference listed.

    Rules: CMP Guide to Rimfire Sporter Shooting, will govern the competition. See,http://thecmp.org/wp-content/uploads/Rimfire.pdf

    Match Course Shooters begin at 50 yards with a ten-minute sighting or practice period. Next they shoot ten shots for record slow-fire in the prone position, followed by two five-shot rapid-fire strings in prone. This is followed by ten shots slow-fire and two five-shot rapid-fire strings in the sitting or kneeling position. Shooters then move to the 25-yard line where the match concludes with ten shots slow-fire and two five-shot rapid-fire strings in the standing position. A total of 60 record shots are fired

    MILITARY PISTOL/REVOLVER/22 MATCH

    4th Saturday Monthly.
    Cost $5 for each match  (fee is waived for first timers)

    Requirements for the military matches are:

    • Revolver:  Military or police center fire revolver from the Civil War to the Viet Nam War.
    • Semi-Auto:  Military center fire semi-auto to the Gulf War.
    • 22:  Any 22 caliber handgun revolver or semi-auto.

    The revolver and semi-auto match consist of 6 strings of 10 rounds in 10 minutes, all shot standing one handed non-supported at 25 yards.  The first string is for practices, this is optional.  The next five string are for score. 

    The 22 match consist of 3 strings of fire, one of 10 rounds 10 minutes and two of 20 rounds in 10 minutes , all shot standing one handed non-supported at 25 yards.  All are for score no practices.

    First time shooters may use what they have.

    From Dec to Mar you can use any revolver or semi-auto.
    Winters hours are set up and sign in start at 8 shoot at 9.

    **7 ½, 8, 9 Shot allowed (1oz Loads will work fine w/7.5 or 8 shot)

    Hi, Gals and Guys,

    Set-up at 7 am. Start blastin at 8 am. 

    Supplemental will be .22 rimfire pistol or rifle. Shoot 5 ringing plates as fast as you can and get to run three strings of fire. Best time out of three runs. If you want to shoot three more strings. You can annie up five more dollars. So dust of your favorite .22 semi auto and ring the plates. Proceeds going to the new bays and supplies. 

    Also found threaded muzzle protector at last match, I will have it in the stat house with me.

    Match Course Shooters begin at 50 yards with a ten-minute sighting or practice period. Next they shoot ten shots for record slow-fire in the prone position, followed by two five-shot rapid-fire strings in prone. This is followed by ten shots slow-fire and two five-shot rapid-fire strings in the sitting or kneeling position. Shooters then move to the 25-yard line where the match concludes with ten shots slow-fire and two five-shot rapid-fire strings in the standing position. A total of 60 record shots are fired

    FREE Hunter Education Clinic! Minimum age is 10yrs. Adults are welcome to attend clinic, also.

    Participants passing the course will receive their Hunter Safety Cards!

    Includes Lunch, Hunting Regulations, Hunters Education Manual, Test, 22 Rifle Shoot, hands on learning about tree stands, crossing fences and handling firearms around vehicles.  Instructors cover, black powder, survival, rifle, shotgun, archery, wildlife, laws, etc. All taught by certified Hunters Education Trainers and NRA Instructors with actual hunting experience.

    Lunch is $6.00. Optional laminated card $1.00 donation at the event.

    Vintage Battle Rifle Match

    Vintage battle rifles used from WWII thru the Vietnam conflict that meet the following criteria are eligible. Rifles must be:
    *30 caliber
    *semi-automatic
    *no optics, and will include the M1, M1A, M1 carbine, cetme, FAL, AK47, SKS, and etc.. Sorry, no smaller calibers allowed

    This will be a bench rest type of match similar to the Military Bolt rifle matches. One or two strings will be offhand.
    $5 entry fee.

    MILITARY PISTOL/REVOLVER/22 MATCH

    4th Saturday Monthly.
    Cost $5 for each match  (fee is waived for first timers)

    Requirements for the military matches are:

    • Revolver:  Military or police center fire revolver from the Civil War to the Viet Nam War.
    • Semi-Auto:  Military center fire semi-auto to the Gulf War.
    • 22:  Any 22 caliber handgun revolver or semi-auto.

    The revolver and semi-auto match consist of 6 strings of 10 rounds in 10 minutes, all shot standing one handed non-supported at 25 yards.  The first string is for practices, this is optional.  The next five string are for score. 

    The 22 match consist of 3 strings of fire, one of 10 rounds 10 minutes and two of 20 rounds in 10 minutes , all shot standing one handed non-supported at 25 yards.  All are for score no practices.

    First time shooters may use what they have.

    From Dec to Mar you can use any revolver or semi-auto.
    Winters hours are set up and sign in start at 8 shoot at 9.
    Spring and summer (Apr to Sep) set and sign in start at 7 shoot  at 8.
