June’s 3 Gun Shoot on the 17^th is going to be set aside as a Zombie Shoot Fundraiser for Practical Pistol and 3 Gun, and will run in conjunction with a Shotgun 5 Stand Rib Cook Off Fundraiser that same day.

Proceeds from the Zombie Shoot will go to purchase more equipment for Practical Pistol and 3 Gun.

Registration will take place online and at 8:00 am the morning of the event, with the event taking place at 9:00 am-Mid Afternoon at the Three Bays at the end of the Long Rifle Range.

There will be three courses of fire and contestants may participate in one or all three of the courses, at $10.00 per bay.

The Long Rifle Range will be shut down the evening before at 5:00 to allow volunteers to setup for the event.

 Also, a friendly reminder to show up with magazines out of all firearms, empty chamber indicators in your rifle and shotgun which are not to be removed until you're in the shooter's box.

Everyone's done fantastic on this rule, just a head's up for those who are new.

Later that day, Shotgun is holding another cookoff, this time it's ribs. (Yeah, it's morbid.) 

There will be three bays, "Jailbreak," "Supply Run," and "The Campsite."

$10.00 per bay. (We're looking at 25-30 rounds per bay on rifle and pistol each, and 10-15 rounds of shotgun per bay at most.)

Everyone who wants to be scored and timed will be, but those who wish to compete for a prize will need to throw in an additional $5.00. 

If you're wanting to try your hand at rifle or shotgun but aren't equipped to do so, bring 9mm ammo and 12 gauge 2 3/4", 7 1/2 shot or smaller and borrow one of our shotguns or pistol caliber carbines.

At least one of the bays will also have the ability to be shot with just pistol or pistol caliber carbine, for those who wish to.

At least one of the bays will be able to be shot with .22 rimfire.

We'll have plenty of water and fans. 

As always, have empty chamber indicators in your rifles and shotguns. Additional safety information will be available when you register.

 We'll be doing a lot of the course setup the Saturday evening before starting at 5:00, so please pitch in if you're able.
