Sign up to get your hours in on regular monthly work days or call a board member to schedule your hours on the range. 

The Plan
#'s = number of volunteers needed

Trash Crew (2-3)- Empty all trash cans on the range. Pavilion, patios, conex area, LR, SR, Pistol, & Archery. Pick-up loose trash on all ranges, tree lines, buildings, etc., remove smashed drums and misc. junk from back lot (behind pistol range).
Gator & trash bags will be available for this task.
This task can be scheduled anytime without range closures.

Grounds Keeping (2-3)- Mow & weed eat where needed. This excludes the shotgun fields. Tree limb/debris removal and blowing out the pavilion, patios, concrete parking, and covered range areas. Mower provided to qualified operator as well as weed eater & blower. All gas/oil/lubes/ppe are provided as needed. This task can be scheduled in advance for range closures.

House Keeping (1-2)- Stock, mop, & clean bathrooms and stat house. Trash removal, sweep, mop, clean toilets, sinks, windows & surface tops, sanitize doorknobs, handles, switches, and such.  Trashbags, cleaners, paper products, ppe, and mops/brooms will be provided. This task can be scheduled anytime without range closures.

Target Builders (2-4)- Rebuild/repair all pistol and rifle range target stands. Prepare back up target stands. Restock paper targets in cabinets on all pistol & rifle ranges. Secure targets on pistol/sr rifle range with chain provided on brick wall. (oklahoma winds make for big clean-up) This task can be scheduled anytime without range closures.

Power Wash Long Range Roof (2)- Power wash roof over long range. Equipment will be provided. 

Projects

Old Archery Range Removal (2-4)-  Remove roof, pull poles, salvage good wood/metal to back lot & discard rotten material to dumpster or designated area. Forklift w/qualified operator, chain/rope, and handtools will be provided. This project can be scheduled anytime without range closures.

LumberJacks (2-4)- Cut down and remove marked trees in sporting clays entrance (aka..between future station 1 & 2). Trees can be moved to a designated location on the range or removed from the property by a member at their expense for their own use. This project can be scheduled anytime without range closures.

Archery Range- Water Seal Side Fencing (2-3)- Brush clean, apply sealer front/back, and reapply as needed. All materials and tools will be provided. This project can be scheduled in advance for range closures.

Paint Conex Tops (2-4)- Paint tops of youth and clay target conex.  All materials will be supplied. This project can be scheduled anytime without range closures. 

Paint Long Range Post- Prep and paint long range covered area poles. All materials will be provided. This project can be scheduled anytime without range closures.
